Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from your service total.

Deposits are transferrable to a new appointment if rescheduling is made before 48 hours of the appointment.

Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Weekends & Public Holidays will incur a $20 fee.

Any no-shows without communication will be charged the full service amount and will be unable to make any future bookings.

Refunds are not offered on any deposits or completed services.

These policies are non-negotiable.

General

There is a grace period of 10 minutes for you to arrive to your scheduled appointment. Please be on time as late arrivals will affect your overall service time.

Please be respectful of my business and space as it is a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

No extra guests are allowed unless discussed prior to the appointment.

Any flaws detected within 7 days of your appointment will be repaired free of charge.

Flaws include a crooked nail, gel malfunction and any flaws missed during the session. Flaws do not include stains, broken nail, or cosmetic flaws caused by the clients improper aftercare.

Health & Safety

I have the right to refuse services if you show any sign of sickness, infection, bruising or discolouration if I deem not safe for my health and yours.
